Registration is now open for boys and girls of all skill levels, from beginners eager to learn the fundamentals to seasoned players ready to take their game to the next level. BOYS & GIRLS / AGES 6-14

8U: Born between 9/1/16 - 8/31/19

10U: Born between 9/1/14 - 8/31/16

12U: Born between 9/1/12 - 8/31/14

14U: Born between 9/1/10 - 8/31/12

PRACTICES / GAMES

Practices are held at Adele Harrison Middle School twice a week starting in February. Girls practice M/W and Boys practice T/TH.

Most of our games are played locally on Saturday and/or Sundays (Napa, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma and possibly Marin). Games start in March and conclude with a League Tournament on May 17th and 18th, 2025.

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION

Girls: All players need a mouthguard (any color other than white), goggles, stick and cleats.

Boys: All players need helmet, mouthguard (any color other than white) a chest pad, arm pads, cup (required), stick and cleats .

Rentals: All new SYL players can rent equipment (players must get their own mouthguard), Although, SYL has sticks available to rent, it is highly recommended that each player purchase his or her own stick.

Rental Pricing:

Boys: $75 (includes helmet, chest pad, arm pads, gloves and stick)

Girls: $25 (includes goggles and stick)
