Sonoma Youth Lacrosse provides the youth of Sonoma Valley and the surrounding area an opportunity to learn and play the game of lacrosse, ages 6 through High School. SYL provides players with a positive, fun and exciting experience that builds character and success. It accomplishes this by fostering commitment, good work ethic, team play and a positive attitude. We believe that winning is a byproduct of individual and team growth, and character development.

Founded in 2017, Sonoma Youth Lacrosse was created with a passion for introducing young athletes to the exciting game of lacrosse in Sonoma Valley. What began as a small, community-driven initiative has since grown into a thriving program dedicated to fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. Our league provides a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels, focusing on developing not only lacrosse skills but also leadership and respect both on and off the field. With the continued support of our dedicated coaches, volunteers, and families, Sonoma Youth Lacrosse is proud to be a cornerstone of youth sports in the Valley, inspiring future generations of lacrosse players.
